Boiler Agency uses a static website, direct contact methods, and narrowly scoped aggregate analytics. We do not use the site for advertising profiles, invasive tracking, or session replay.

Website data
What happens when you visit.
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Like other web infrastructure, it processes technical request information needed to return pages securely and reliably.
Boiler Agency also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic and real-user performance information. Approved reports are limited to total visits, privacy-preserving unique visitors, top page paths, external referrer hosts, coarse device types, page-load performance, and Core Web Vitals.
The analytics configuration does not use analytics cookies or local storage, persistent user or device identifiers, cross-site tracking, fingerprinting, advertising or enrichment profiles, behavioral profiles, person-level journeys, session replay, custom events, conversion funnels, or heatmaps. Query values and information entered into communications are not approved analytics data.
Retention
Aggregate analytics and direct communications have different lifecycles.
Cloudflare currently documents that unsampled Web Analytics beacon data is retained for seven days, then reduced to aggregated data, with analytics access covering the previous six months. Provider practices may change and are reviewed when material terms, pricing, or data behavior changes.
This website does not contain a contact form, account, checkout, or scheduling tool. If you choose an email or telephone link, your device opens the communication service you selected. Boiler Agency receives the information you choose to provide through that service.
Direct communications are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain necessary business records, resolve a dispute, or meet an applicable obligation. The period depends on the purpose and nature of the communication.
Providers and choices
No advertising analytics or analytics consent banner.
Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, email-address obfuscation, and the approved aggregate analytics. UptimeRobot sends automated requests to selected public pages to confirm availability and content; it does not observe visitor activity. Email and telephone providers process a communication only when you choose those contact methods.
Boiler Agency does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. Two production responses inspected on September 3, 2026 did not set a cookie. A nonessential cookie, browser-storage feature, or analytics practice that requires consent will not be enabled without prior review, an updated notice, and any required accessible controls.
The website continues to work if the analytics beacon is blocked or unavailable. Boiler Agency does not use website analytics for advertising, fingerprinting, behavioral profiling, or the sale of visitor profiles.
